How do I track the shipment of my order?

You can check the status of your order by going to www.ups.com and entering your tracking number in the Track field.

You may also contact our Customer Service Representative by phone (888) 711-3427 or email csr@galaxiemgmt.com on order status.

Can I return my order?

The customer is responsible to inspect the contents of their order once it is received. There is a 30 day maximum from shipment date to return the order. The customer will be charged a 20% restocking and freight fee if the order was placed in their error. However, the restocking and freight fee does not apply on damaged products or for shipping errors on behalf of GDMS.

How do I cancel my order?

An order can be cancelled if the products have not left the warehouse. However, the customer is responsible for the 20% restocking and freight fee if the products have been shipped.
